Our U.S.-based Team

Mike Corkran

Mike formed WMC Consulting in 2021 after founding China Centric Associates in 2003 and serving as CEO until the firm’s sale in 2021. CCA grew to thirty-two staff in Shanghai, Zhuhai, Hong Kong, and Cleveland. CCA assisted 300+ North American clients in 400+ engagements in supply chain, market entry, business start-up and operations in China and SE Asia. Prior to CCA, Mike served as President, North America, and Asia Pacific for RELTEC, a KKR portfolio company and prior subsidiary of Reliance Electric Company where he held various operating, marketing, and financial positions from 1977 through 2000. From 2001 to 2003, Mike served as President, Hawk Precision Components, a manufacturer of industrial powder metallurgical components in the U.S. and China. Mike earned a BA degree (Economics) from Dartmouth College and an MBA (Finance and Int’l Marketing) from the University of Rochester.

Nancy Seibert

As a partner at China Centric Associates (2008-2021), Nancy led the firm’s U.S.-based associates, coordinating with China-based CCA teams, in the execution of hundreds of diverse client engagements focused on the market, supply chain and manufacturing activities. Nancy held multiple sales, product management and marketing positions at RELTEC from 1988 to 2001, including Director of International Marketing for RELTEC, Nancy led the Company’s global marketing programs with a concentration in SE Asia, China, and Europe. Nancy earned a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Northwestern University.

Bill Haggerty

As Managing Director at China Centric Associates (2008-2021), Bill led the CCA’s focus on identifying and developing value-added engagements targeting needs of private equity firms and their portfolio companies across supply chain, operating, market entry, operating and transactional due diligence activities. Bill previously led the investment banking function at National City Corporation (1995-2002) and formed Market Access Group (2004-2012), advising start-up enterprises through early-stage development. Bill earned a BA degree (Marketing) from Boston College and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Virginia (Darden).
